عن الوظائف :

1- Telesales

وصف الوظيفة
1. Daily calls for stores in assigned territory according to the schedule.
2. Collaborate with merchandisers to ensure proper sales orders.
2. Proper handling of paperwork and minor administrative duties.
3. Build relationship with customers by visiting with store managers, department managers and ensure strong relationship and solve any issues.
4. Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.
5. Hands-on in overseeing the day to day operations of team members.
6. One Visit every 2 weeks at least.

2- Sales Analyst

وصف الوظيفة:

Collect, research, analyze, evaluate, synthesize and report market data/competitive intelligence such as, and not limited to; sales and pricing trends, market share, competitor costs, industry production and storage locations, capacity utilization and apparent market strategies
Maintain and operate report findings
Actively participate in the monthly SOIP/forecasting process that culminates into the sales and production plans and monthly financial forecast.
Work with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and logistics to understand and model industry cost and margin structure
Assist sales in development and execution of business strategy and improving process from good to Great
Use of SAP/ Excel to graphically represent geographic sales and pricing data
Ability to draw conclusions, challenge assertions, identify trends and implications
Assist with development ofpresentation materials to clearly communicate key messages.

المهارات :
Bachelor’s degree required
Min. 4 years of experience in analytics, business, marketing, finance, etc.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Responsible for PLC troubleshooting (SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS)
Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of various electrical instruments such as AC Motors and drives.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensures that equipment is running with high efficiency to attain the production plan
Monitor the Spare parts safety stock level (MRQ).
Participate in long-term and short-term action plans.
Full commitment to Food Safety, HSE Rules and Regulations.
Provide Studied Improvements for the weak points to eliminate the gaps in order to Achieve the key performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Perform the OTIF Preventive Maintenance Tasks for production lines Machinery According to Criticality Matrix:
Time Based: 4K, 8K and 16K.
Condition Based: Daily Inspection, BD Analysis using 7Q
Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensures that equipment is running with high efficiency to attain the production plan.
Monitor the Spare parts safety stock level (MRQ)
Participate in long-term and short-term action plans.
