Description

JOB PURPOSE

To handle all job related to filling, microfilming, and receiving & delivering mail to the concerned staff.

Job Description

Perform physical bookkeeping, archiving and custody of all files & to ensure proper recording and tracking of original documents.
Trace the exact retention period of files and arrange for sending the old files to Infofort (archiving company) for permanent filing.
Handle all retrieval requests from Infofort.
File and carefully maintain bank data, documents and security items in an efficient and timely manner according to bank’s SOPs and manuals to ensure proper archiving.
Microfilm all relevant trade finance documents.
Handle the customer’s debit advices for mailing as per the standard procedures.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Day-to-day Operations

Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs to ensure smooth handling of work.

Compliance

Comply with all relevant regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or technical institutions certificate or its equivalent
From 3 – 5 years of experience

Skills
Good command of English & Arabic languages

Basic knowledge of computer skills
