The owners are Dr Ahmed Adel, Dr Lobna Ghanem and Dr Marwan Noureldin, working in a family business style.

Job Description
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Undertake receptionist duties
Patient reservations and follow up with patients
Organizing documents, arranging files, & registering electronic documents to access all documents.
Create and maintain paper and electronic archives

Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Providing the patient with the Ritz Carlton experience over the phone and in the clinic
Integrity and professionalism
Ability to speak English
Good computer skills
Very good Communication & Customer Relations skills
Working days: Saturday till Thursdays (8 hours per day)
Answering patient inquiries over messaging systems and answering the phone calls daily (9am-10pm)
