Job Description
Main responsibilities /duties:
Responding to all messages and customer comments on all social media channels, whether on Facebook, Instagram or others.
Transfer customers phone numbers (leads) in a report to the online sales specialist.
Submit a report to the section manager on some advertising-specific analysis.

Job Requirements
One year of Experience in social media.
University degree.
English: Good
Proficiency in MS Office.
Persuasion.
The ability to deal with customers.
The use of English in dealing with some customers.
Has a good communication skill
