About the role
The selected candidate will act as a Buyer for the Daily category handling the purchase of grocery goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
as well as acting as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments in the buying processes and new projects and activities
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments in the buying processes and new projects and activities
Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization
Identifying customer preferences, monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and best practice tools and methods
Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and PO release process.
Visit the market to research products & study market trends. Use the market visits to also add more suppliers to the base.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the buying of relevant category (ex: FMCG)
Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage time effectively, priorities tasks and achieve set targets.
Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts the customer order fulfilment as well as profitability.
Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
2 – Instock Associate
About the role
The selected candidate for this role will be managing inventory and monitoring the item level and preparing the forecast accordingly. Also handling the assortment plan and vendors reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning.
Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews, drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement.
Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration. • Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, lead time.
Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs.
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory Requirement.
Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL Experience working with large and complex data sets to drive business decisions.
Proven ability to manage large and complicated cross functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines Highly analytical individual, flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting, and comfortable with computer databases and tools.
Qualifications:

3 – Reconciliation Executive
About the role
The reconciliation executive role is part of the Daily category, the selected candidate will be handling the payments reconciliation, keeping track of payments and making sure our ledgers reflect the correct transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
General ledger reconciliations
Account reconciliations such as bank, inventory control, clearing, billings etc.
Issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments
Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
Supporting the month end process
Generating month end reports
Qualifications:
Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records
Ability to identify errors
High level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel

About the role
The selected candidate will be acting a Finance Executive within Egypt’s Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Posting of Adjustment entries in finance system
Responsible for Payment to supplier upload in bank
Responsible for Supplier Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation
Coronation with supplier and business for providing the payment related details and resolve their query
Requires a high degree of accuracy in the processing of disbursements / Payables
Well Versed with the Documents Checklist (Invoice/Purchase Order/Packing List/Bill of lading/AWB)
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline
1 to 2 years Experience in accounts payable
Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
Excellent data entry skills
Detail oriented but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to answer a call receiving the stake holders in the process
Expert in email handling and query resolution e-mails receiving from the different internal departments
Must be able to work well with internal departments and meet strict deadlines/ SLA adherence
Work Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) will be an added Advantage.
Work Experience from Ecommerce/ manufacturing/Retail industry will be an added weightage

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle and assist in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
Manages and takes pride in the candidate and stakeholder journey.
Designs and implements progressive sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide top-tier applicants access.
Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Proactively develop and build relationships with top Universities and Engineering colleges in Egypt.
Drive project collaborations with universities and the wider noon engineering & product teams.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral programs and internal mobility opportunities.

Strong stakeholder management; build relationships with line managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions’ hiring needs.
Educate line managers on the recruitment process and build positive, credible relationships with them.

About the role
Commercial Operations Executive acts manages the inventory of the assigned category, create items posted on the website as well as contacting sellers and solve any raised issue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning.
Supporting the commercial team in creating the items (received from the sellers) to reflect on the website.
Contacting sellers in certain things.
Submitting items received from the Account Manager correctly and making sure it is reflected on the website.
Solving the sellers’ problems.
Contacting the sellers for replenishment.
On-boarding for organic sellers.
Content submission as per commercial targets.
Maintaining the onboarding process to meet the criteria of seller performance.
Organic seller management in (OOS, replenishment…).
Fulfilling the tasks required on time and achieving their weekly targets.
