1 – Customer Support Specialist
About the job
Now we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist based in our office in Gurugram.
What you will do:
Outgoing calls to clients;
Response to clients requests via chat and email;
Analysis of client requests (chat, email);
Conflicts resolution;
Documents verification.
What we expect from you:
Knowledge of Arabic;
Good verbal communication;
Multi-tasking;
Good Team Player;
Grammatically Strong in written and verbal;
Stress resistance;
Sense of Responsibility;
Computer literacy;
Customer Focus;
Desire to benefit and help people.
Working terms:
Probation period up to 3 months;
Initial training;
Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off;
