Bachelor degree
Minimum 2 year’ call center experience.
Customer Service Oriented
Managing outbound calls in a timely manner.
Provide service information to customers.
Follow up customer calls when necessary
Strong communication skills
Actively listen to customers and interpret their needs
Excellent level of computer skills
Ability to multi-task and retain information
Ability to handle angry clients & to solve problem
