People Operations Specialist – UpCounting

At UpCounting, we’re hiring a People Operations Specialist for a fully remote position. In this role, you’ll be dedicated to fostering an amazing environment and supporting our team’s growth and success.
To thrive in our remote team, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter who enjoys tackling challenges and finding solutions independently. Effective collaboration is essential, so you should be comfortable using modern communication and task management tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and implement onboarding programs that help new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Develop and maintain employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support continuous learning and development
Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Help us build an amazing company culture where employees feel engaged, motivated, and proud to be a part of our team

Qualifications:
From 4+ years of experience in People Operations or a similar role
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, particularly with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.
Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
