We are Hiring Customer Service Agent
Qualification:
Grads Only.
Ability to work in Night Shift.
Very strong Communication and Handling Skills .
Basic English Skills.
Excellent Knowledge of Computer System as Excel
Teachable.
Eager to learn New skills.
Creative.

Responsibility:
● Supports and provides superior service via phones-WhatsApp to our content creators.
● Resolving problems and complaints of content creators.
● Develop a strong and reliable relationship between the content creator and the agency.
● Responsible for keeping current Content Creators satisfied and -delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
● Create and track data on Google Sheets and other task management tools.
● Ability for adding value in solving any problem
