Senior Accountant for Bubblzz

Job Description
Review daily sales report , including verifying, classifying and recording accounts receivables’ data.
Follow up POS Sales collections and Sales via Applications (Ex. Instashop…)
Dealing with online payment methods (Ex. Paymob…) and Courier companies .
Prepare E-invoices via Einvoicing portal.
Analyze and Report stores expenses as per policies and procedures.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

Job Requirements
Proven working experience as a Senior Receivable Accountant, not less than 3 years.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (ODOO ERP)
Proficiency in English and MS Office.
High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Cosmetics background is preferred
