Outbound Call Centre Agent for Confidential Company
Job Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Outbound Call Centre Agent.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective business partners.
Assist business partners through their onboarding process.
Provide accurate and detailed information about our relevant business programs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and comprehensive support during all interactions.
Achieve individual and team targets and KPIs.
Document and update requested data in our relevant software.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and improve performance.

Job Requirements
Our ideal candidate must possess:
Previous experience in outbound sales or call centre roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-orientated environment.
Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
Reliability, punctuality, and time management skills.
Education in the sales or financial field is a plus.
