Accounts Payable Accountant for Al-Mansour Automotive
Job Role
We are seeking a strong AP Staff Accountant to join our Financing department.
This role will be responsible for the cost accounting invoices, operating expense entries and cash disbursements.
Job Responsibilities
Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
Performing a cost accumulation tasks with regard to the local and imported products and services provided by the company according to professional costing standards (ex. ABC Costing)
Issuing a monthly report on the rise and fall of COGS and reporting on periodic variances and their causes
Review and process Invoices and check requests
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Reconciliation of payment and prepare varies accounting analysis
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Education
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Experience:
Fresh graduate
Job specific Skills:
Organizing and prioritizing skills
Very good knowledge of advanced Excel and related computer application.
High level of Attention to detail and accuracy
Confidentiality
High level of communications is needed
Problem solving skills
Information Management skills
Ability to work extended hours
