Giza power is specialized in the supply installation, commissioning delivering turnkey projects like : -Rulers electrification networks -Electrical infrastructure of new Communities and cities -Industrial projects -Overhead transmission lines -Residential buildings -Commercial buildings Giza power market presence is in Egypt in and planning to expand geographically to Middle, East Nations and Africa.
Job Description
Organizing the Manning ‘s Director agenda.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Provide general support to visitors.
Provide candidate with supplies and equipment.
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
Coordinate in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, conferences and events.
Reservation of hotels, airline tickets, trains and cars.
