Job Description
The Telesales Executive will be the first point of contact with potential customers and will introduce the company, and its product offerings with poise and professionalism to initiate the sales process and in some cases make sales on the phone or online. The Executive is required to operate in line with the management directives and in accordance with the Company’s policies, standards, and procedures which form the organization’s quality management system. The Executive will be responsible for qualifying customers on the phone by understanding their business, mapping their needs to specific products, and presenting products online.

The operational responsibilities of this position are:
Generating leads by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products.
Answering queries about the company and its products.
Qualifying customers and identification of key contacts by engaging with them on the phone.
Understanding customer requirements and presenting the appropriate products as solutions.
Issuing proposals and closing deals on the phone where possible.
Coordinating sales meetings with the field sales team as required.
Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions.
Meeting sales and marketing campaign targets.
Representing the company from time to time at industry events.
