Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the GM in . In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Schedule travel
Planning events
Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for attention

managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
organizing events and conferences
reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines regularly
typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
managing databases and filing systems

Job Details
Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree

Salary:
6000 To 10000 EGP Per Month
