Job Description
Formulate and improve the company’s administrative management system and be responsible for its implementation;
Responsible for the formulation of office supplies procurement plan, item collection management and asset management;
Collaborate to support the company’s various activities, such as team building, training, etc.;
Responsible for public environmental health and safety supervision and inspection;

Do a good job in meeting management, administrative reception, ticket booking and other daily work management;
Responsible for the logistics support of various departments of the office;
Collaborate to support the repair of office assets such as mobile phones, computers, etc.;
Coordinate and support the administrative work related to the life of the head of the department and carry out process management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizer
Presentable
Excellent English is a must
Able to work under pressure
Able to go outdoor.
Attention to details
Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office
