Back-office customer service for MICO WORLD
Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers through various chats and tickets.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
At least 1 year of experience in Customer service or Sales
Familiar with social media and live streaming apps.
Creative and innovative in work scope.
Capable of working under pressure and willing to work with a flexible work schedule.
Skilled in communication and good at handling problems.
2 Days off.
Rotational shifts, 8 hours and one hour break.
Medical and social insurance.
Salary is 8K
