Recruitment Specialist – Brokerage Real Estate for Regypt Investment

Job Description
Build and report on monthly and quarterly hiring plans.
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience From 1 year to 3 years in real estate field as a Recruiter.
Excellent in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Has good knowledge about HR Functions.
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
