Admin officer for Butcher’s Burger
Overview
Butcher’s Burger is not a quick service, fast food, drive-through or “counter service” restaurant. Our entire menu is prepared fresh daily and supplied from local producers and with suppliers that understand how serious we take our concept. We will not use any preservatives, artificial ingredients or equipment that violates the “FRESH” concept.
Admin officer (Female) Responsibilities:
Responsible for all administrative tasks
Greeting and directing visitors to the office
Do the secretarial work and provide general support
Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted
Preparing weekly buffet & stationery orders
Follow up maintenance procedures
Communication and correspondence
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Provide support for any assigned tasks whenever necessary
Salary
From 4000:4500
