Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
Greets customers and visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel.
Operates a multiple position switchboard and routes calls to the appropriate person or location.
Performs routine clerical functions such as typing, filing, sorting and mail distribution.
Operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, postage meter, etc.
Perform special project duties as assigned.
Bilingual receptionist.

Qualifications – External
About You
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years experince in the same field
Professional english and Arabic writtten and spoken
Computer skills ( microsoft office – internet searching , etc)
