1 – Senior Public Relations Officer
Job Description:
Compose and edit press releases, company literature, and articles for internal and external use
Responsible for overseeing communications to the media
Aware of all the traditional and new digital PR tactics
Has excellent experience in handling the PR and advertising agencies
Has excellent relationship with media representatives
Develop continues relationships with media contacts (Press, Online & TV) in the banking, economic, CSR and lifestyle media
Plan and oversee press events

Job Qualifications:
3-5 experience in the field of Public & Media Relations
Preferably the area of expertise to be in banking, telecommunications or agencies
Excellent communications skills
Excellent writing skills in both English & Arabic

2 – Senior Data Analyst (Retail CRM)
Job Duties:

1. Generating all required analytics, incentive and regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hocks) that support CRM and digital department for tracking the overall applications performance.
2. Manage campaigns implementation E2E on CRM platform.
3. Monitoring and Tracking campaigns results supported with new recommendations based on deep analysis to improve results.
4. Identify new cross/up sell opportunities based on the pattern of customers historical purchase or defined hints.
5. Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets, identifying actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Tracking Customers interactions giving Retail and SMEs segments more clearer opportunities to grow their business.
7. Providing insights to the Digital business team on a regular basis for better application performance tracking either in the business as usual cases or in the case of new releases, which serves as an effective tool to provide a better customer experience.
8. Support CRM and Digital platforms integration projects.
   Qualifications:
   Preferably SAS enterprise and programming Or Excellent knowledge on SQL (writing Scripts/queries)
   Advanced MS Office skills
   Banking field preferably – data analytics or MIS experience
   Data analytics and management
   Good presentation skills
