Job Description
Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Job Description
Drafting and Editing corporate documents such as board resolutions, corporate registers and certificates, etc.
Incorporation of offshore companies and managing its corporate aspects.
Performing documents administration activities including assisting with approvals, signing and filing processes.
Reporting to the General Counsel.
Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Law or a related filed.
1-3 years of experience as an in-house paralegal or at a reputable law office.
Strong experience with legal documentation.
Outstanding Communication and Analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with Senior Management as well as external advisors and clients.
Proficient user of MS Office.
3- Vice-President
Job Description
Working extensively with management teams of portfolio companies to increase revenues, improve operations, strengthen financial controls, and increase shareholders value While having the proven ability to supervise transactions, start to finish, including investor interaction. Extensive and complex financial modeling including valuation assessment at both the transaction level and portfolio company level.
Being an integral part of the deal execution team from origination to closure. Actively participate in meetings with general partners and company management teams, contributing effectively to discussions and adding value.
Support senior teams in identifying opportunities, leveraging platforms and insights and managing performance. Structuring multi-asset, complex models which we use to verify the numbers and negotiate terms.
Supervising junior professionals on a transaction execution team in preparing transaction related documentation and marketing materials (e.g., information memoranda, corporate profiles, market data/analyses, etc.).
Actively participating in deal negotiations.
Skills
An MBA-holder in a related field, 5+ years of extensive experience in an investment banking/private equity environment.
Strong sense of integrity and character, intellectually curious and forward thinking.
Demonstrated ability to interact with 3rd parties.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional financial modeling skills, with the ability to audit & supervise financial modeling.
Compelling research and financial analysis skills. High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication.
4 – AssociateJob Description
Prepare, supervise and review financial analysis and modeling.
Review business plans.
Conduct due diligence.
Oversee post-investment monitoring of portfolio companies.
Evaluate exit opportunities for portfolio companies.
Participate in the marketing effort directed toward sources of investments.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree, with outstanding academic performance.
Preferably an MBA-holder or candidate.
Minimum of 2–3 years of investment banking or related co-investment experience.
Outstanding analytical and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly self motivated and self directed, with a demonstrated ability to be proactive and work in an entrepreneurial setting.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and sound business judgment.

5 – Analyst
Job Description
Interface daily with Senior Management providing business related analysis and guidance.
Help in developing & implementing strategies for specific transactions and sectors.
Supports the fund in aspects of the investment process, including assessing potential investments and helping with portfolio company management.
Contributes in evaluating investment opportunities by preparing the relevant industry and sector analysis and reports, complex financial models, and sensitivity analysis.
Prepare investment review presentations focusing on investment opportunities, risk and issues.
Participates and leads the due diligence process be it data room analysis or coordination of third-party due diligence process.
Participate in meetings with investment banks, management teams and financing sources.
Assist in monitoring and managing portfolio companies, including overseeing current developments, performance, etc.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree, with outstanding academic performance.
Aptitude to conduct comprehensive research and synthesize results.
Passionate work ethic; organized; ability to multi-task. Strong written and verbal skills.
Should be both resourceful and analytical.
