Ecommerce Manager
About the job
Cilantro is currently the fastest growing F&B chain in Egypt with a network of 85+ stores that operate all across the country. The company envisions being the #1 F&B operator in the region, and to do this we’re looking to build a team of superstar “A” players.
Role / Responsibilities
Own e-commerce and store retail initiatives end-to-end, from designing and planning the initiatives, to implementing and ensuring successful order fulfilment, monitoring impact, and ensuring results are delivered – all while maximizing customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
Analyze business performance and develop digital and e-commerce strategies using a range of methodologies, quantitative and qualitative analyses techniques
Lead hypothesis-driven problem-solving on tactical and strategic issues, develop recommendations, create alignment and ensure successful implementation
Manage internal and external stakeholders, from customers and suppliers, to senior management and shareholders
Ideal candidate / qualifications
3+ years of experience in a dynamic e-commerce/tech environment with proven accomplishments (growth hacking experience/knowledge is a plus)
A developed analytical skillset with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving
Solid team player with a distinctive sense of self-accountability and ownership for results and deadlines
Entrepreneurial drive with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion to win
Fluency in English and Arabic
