المسئوليات
تنفيذ عمليات البيع و التوزيع
التوزيع لدى 100 % من عملاء المنطقة
التأكد من تحقيق اهداف التوزيع,التواجد,رؤية المنتج و جودته في المنطقة و ذلك عن طريق توصيل طلبات العملاء بكفاءة
ضمان توصيل المنتج للعميل بالشكل السليم )منتجات/ اسطوانات / مواد دعاية )
Plan-o-gram التأكد من ترتيب المنتجات طبقا لتصميم الشركة المتبع
التفاوض مع العميل و خلق فرص بيعية و طلبيات طبقا للمستوى المثالي من المخزون الخاص به و ذلك في
الزيارة البيعية المخططة للتأكد من تحقيق التغطية و معدل الزيارات المستهدف طبقا لاحتياجات العميل تحقيقاهداف التوزيع الخاصة
بتوافر المنتج, مستوى خدمة العملاء,التوزيع العادل,معدل امساك و دوران المخزون
لضمان اعلى مستوى من رضاء العملاءتوفير المعلومات الدقيقة عن تحركات المنافسين و معدل البيع و
التوزيع لضمان معرفة مدير المبيعات و مدير بيع المنطقة المستمر في كل وقتادارة الائتمان المعتمد,المواد والادوات الموفرة بطريقة
فعالة لتحقيق الاستخدام الامثل لاصول الشركةانشاء علاقة شراكة مع العملاء و ذلكعن طريق الخدمة المتميزة و التوزيع العادلدعم البيع و

2- Brand Manager – Non Colas
Accountabilities
Assist Marketing -Senior Manager in identifying compelling activation AOP initiatives to activate regional AOP and Adopt it to local market needs with special focus on how to commercialize and deliver in the market flawlessly.
Implement and execute marketing activities according to AOP and marketing calendar.
Manage Advertising and Marketing A&M spending to be in line with AOP, through budgeting and monthly tracking within the overall budget plan set by the develop team.
Coordinate with agencies on above the line and below the line activities.
Lead execution of promotions through managing cross functional teams, briefing suppliers, conducting focus groups and consumer research in case of consumer promotions and tracking success measures through daily monitoring and tracking as well visiting activation locations for follow up and ensure all is going as per the plan.
Execute any changes related to pack design as set by Develop teams or any changes in AW starting from measuring stocks, briefing suppliers, leading cross functional task forces, getting approvals and print proof.
Manage contractual process with suppliers starting from finalizing deal to satisfying required approvals from finance, tax and legal.
Monitor and communicate the competition activities to the brand teams on an “as frequent as possible” basis.
Work with agency partners to execute media and digital campaigns as well as activation programs.
Own Monthly updates – project status, program modifications, budget tracking, and other timely information to facilitate effective decision making.
Prepare quarterly brand performance and update for Commercial Unit (CU) GM to share updates on existing campaigns and future projects for each brand along with total company performance Status and Product update to the Region.
Assist Marketing Manager (MM) with trade marketing in leading commercial meetings to measure deviations of set scorecards and come up with action plans to tackle identified gaps as well as ensuring alignment of main stakeholders.
Support the develop team with identifying key locally relevant insights for new product ideas in addition to ensuring compliance within activate scope with Stage Gate process for innovations development.
Lead & develop local brands agenda where applicable.
Lead local creative agency management for local brands.
Drive cross functional agenda to be able to deliver / execute plans and launches
Partner with local market insights to drive sharper consumer insights to make commercialization more relevant to the consumer.
Partner with Trade Marketing (TM) Manager to drive Trade Marketing Agenda and execute retail marketing programs
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing.
Analytical skills is a must.
Excellent business acumen is required.
Previous experience in FMCG/Telecom is preferred.
Leadership skills, has the ability to lead team and drive actions.

3 – Legal – Senior Attorney
Job Description
Responsible for drafting and reviewing all types of contracts for Marketing – GP (Raw and Pack) – Corporate Governance (PO1 all functions) – Projects.. In addition, undertaking the role of corporate secretary when required and taking part in legal research required for issuance of legal opinions.
Accountabilities
Act as a strategic business partner by reviewing and drafting accurate, reliable contracts for all company transactions to ensure that the organization is achieving its Annual Operating Plan within legal framework and with minimum legal risk and exposure vis-a- vis its contractual partners and other third parties.
Implement company’s policies related to corporate work and provide support to all other functions in relation to documentation required for the implementation of PepsiCo International policies and processes. Make sure all contracts are in compliance with Company policies and work with Control to achieve this aim.
Ensure the accurate, reliable and timely issuance of contracts in accordance with company policies and all local statutory requirements. Negotiate contract terms as support for other functions when required which includes meeting with third parties and conducting contract negotiation sessions with them in order to reach final versions of contracts agreeable to the company and its contractual partners.
Conduct legal research to provide legal advice to all functions in relation to all corporate, civil, commercial and labor law queries that are raised.
Liaise with Regional legal function for contract approvals to ensure compliance with Schedule of authorities.
Prepare business activity reports as required by Regional legal function on monthly basis.
Act as liaison across all functions to ensure providing high level of quality to the functions while maintaining company rights.
Ensure all local corporate transactions are executed in accordance with local laws and PepsiCo International policies to avoid exposing the organization to a legal risk.

Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of local statutory laws and Corporate regulations , Experience in corporate compliance regulations, experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating all kinds of contracts, experience in dealing with suppliers, customers and different stakeholders. 4 – Global Procurement Buyer
Job Description
Lead Egypt beverages category for MRO &MEM across PepsiCo beverages Operating Companies, managing a total spend of $12 MM & more, through (1) Defining and executing Egypt Beverages category strategy, contract management and supplier relationship management, (2) Measuring and Improving Performance, (3) and Achieving Annual Plans and Delivering Productivity.
Accountabilities
In close collaboration with the Category Lead, draft & implement category strategy, using systematic 7 step strategic sourcing approach.
Participate and lead cross-functional category team, using RACI mode.
Manage PCE MRO &MEMs.
Work closely with Sector & Global teams:
To develop category annual and long-term strategic sourcing targets
Plan and monitor capital category Productivity / Savings (for the current year and over SBP).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives from procurement side for the category
Evaluate & evolve sourcing strategy based on changing market conditions and provide inputs during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations.
Ensure implementation of sourcing strategy / plans, compliance monitored, and benefits tracked (in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and in line with the procurement policy & practices
Closely liaise with business Key stakeholders in beverages plants in region.
Ensure implementation of best-in-class sourcing tools, relevant to the category.
Lead capital category negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers
Track supply market, share evolving category trends, monitor supplier performance and share benchmarking against industry / market standards

Capital &MRO Category Sourcing Experience is a must.
Experience in using advanced sourcing methodologies/ tools.
Regional sourcing experience in a diverse center-led organization.
Skilled in managing a dispersed team of business stakeholders in different countries; strong selling skills.
Bachelor’s degrees in Business or Engineering. Masters preferred.
Multilingual and multinational experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degrees in Business or Engineering. Masters preferred.
Scope and years of experience: 3-5 years of Strategic Sourcing experience in FMCG.
Language proficiency: Fluency in Arabic language is required and good English language for understanding communication
