1 – Teller
Job Description:
Obtains required amount of cash at the beginning of each day from the Teller Head, maintains cash within permissible limits and performs all prescribed routines to operate the Teller System effectively. Receives and dispenses cash to customers and processes cheques, demand drafts, traveler’s cheques after due verification of appropriate forms & documents. Seeks to minimize transaction costs. Ensures adequacy of cash in the cash box by informing Teller Head and obtaining necessary authorizations for more cash in case of shortfall. Carries out end of day processes like printing transaction lists and forwarding to senior for checking against “tickets”, preparing teller tally sheets & balancing the cash box, system closure etc. as per procedure and in a timely manner. Assists supervisor in cash balancing. Displays keenness and initiative to take up additional and related tasks for self-development and maintains a professional and pleasant attitude towards customers to reinforce the Bank’s customer oriented approach. Seeks to cross-sell other products/services, with strong focus on new product launches, assist other staff members as required

Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or relevant

2 – Customer Service Officer
Job Purpose
Proper and accurate handling of customer requests within the department and at other business layers in all services as opening new accounts, deposits and all AAIB products. Introduce, explain, sell, cross sell, and up sell bank services and products, clarifying all features to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Awareness of competitor’s services and products and ability to show points of strength and weakness. Propose new ideas to enhance performance or new products and services requested out of daily interaction with customers. Interface with customers to ensure bank obtains all necessary documentation and transactions follow bank’s procedures and policies. Prepare secured facilities and personnel loans.
