Collector
Job Description
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Recovers overdue payments on accounts
- Handle questions or complaints.
- Update account status and database regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a debt collector.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Very good skills in negotiating and persuading.
2 – MBC group : NOW HIRING – Social Media Operations Executive-
Responsibilities:
Attend social media notifications
First level of alerts validation
Audit trace for users activities on social media platform
Report security alerts in case of escalations to the relevant team
Qualifications:
Understands Social media platforms
Reading skills in English
