EBE is hiring Digital Solution Manager
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Participate in building successful digital innovation strategy that provides EBE with the desired competitive edge
• Drive smart and scalable solutions for the business to grow with high customer satisfaction and revenue streams
• Set digital solutions budget in line with the bank’s digitization and innovation strategy
• Introduce alternative service and sales channels within the banks touch points
• Design and model digital solutions for an enhanced customer experience
• Ensure seamless customer experience across the bank’s digital solutions
• Ensure that the launched digital solutions are aligned with business’ policies, procedures, and operations
• Create E2E digital sales cycles by integrating Digital channels to bank’s various systems
