Payroll Processor – (210000PW)
Description
Job Purpose:
To track and safe keep records of staff leaves in order to support easy retrieval of data and maintain accurate records needed to support further HR needed actions. To process requests covering printing and providing HR letters, Payslips, and Account Statements to employees.
Key Accountabilties:
Staff Leaves Management
Check and approve wedding, maternity, unpaid, pilgrimage leaves in timely and accurate manner.
Check sick leaves by comparing the taken days from Oracle system by the approved medical reports.
Update records of staff returning from maternity leave & unpaid leave ensuring full adherence to work policies and vacations.
Prepare vacation report quarterly bank wide to ensure data accuracy and validity.
Prepare yearly sick leave report in order to support accurate profit share distribution and other human capital related decisions.
Monitor all excess vacations (annual & sick) to support further decision-making.
Calculate the unpaid leaves & new hires leave days’ adjustment.
HR Printing Service
Receive and process requests from CIB Staff to print HR letters, Payslips and Account statements and ensure the accuracy of the printed documents to prevent exposing personal information to wrong individuals or sending out official documents with errors.
Ensure requested HR documents are efficiently printed and sent in a timely manner to the relevant staff members.
Staff Data Management
Assist in preparing the monthly salaries’ entries on Oracle system (renewal, adjustment, resignations, unpaid leave, transfer, missions etc…).
Assist in preparing the monthly overtime input and calculation to effect on employees’ accounts.
Policies & Procedures
Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Day- to-day operations
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Compensation & Benefits department to ensure continuity of work.
Compliance
Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 0 – 2 Years of experience preferably in Human Resources field.
Skills:
Good command of English and Arabic languages
Good Planning & organizing skills
Attention to details
Good understanding of MS Office applications
