Call Center Representative
About the job
Responsibilities:
Provides accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
Log customers information on the system, including preferences, category of interest,
Answers customers’ questions about specific products/services.
Maintains positive business relationships and building rapport with customers.
Resolves customer complaints via phone.
Seizes opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Greets customers warmly and ascertains any problem they may have.
Advises on any information the customer may need.
Works with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Resolves problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Coordinates with other departments to solve customers’ Complaints.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Location: Madinaty
Working Schedule: Rotational
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
1-3 years of experience preferably in the real-estate field
Excellent communication skills
Very good command of English
Excellent Communication Skills
A commitment to excellent customer service
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
