Group Compensation & Benefits Manager
About the job
1- Job Mapping & Job Evaluation for current & new jobs
2- Develop and review Salary Structure, Salary scheme & Grading System
3- Design Bonus, Commission and Incentives Plans
4- Design and implement annual merit Increasing plans
5-Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation and benefits program within the group
6- Responsible for the consolidation of the monthly HR Pack (HR KPIs analysis).
7- Participate in preparing group HR budget.
8- Evaluate offers from different benefits providers: Medical, life, pension, fringe benefits .. etc. & close deals with best provider & propose new benefits.
9- Prepare job offers packages for positions filled from external hiring & internal posts (promotion, transfer and extra assignment)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or relevant field
From 7-10 years of experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits
HR Diploma / compensation work shops is preferred
Strong knowledge in using HR software
Advanced knowledge of Excel
