Job Purpose
Deliver high quality service to customers through providing banking service
Key Accountabilities
Sales Achieve sales targets covering all required banking products as per branch business objectives.
Sales opportunities Identify sales opportunities and utilize those to achieve customer efficiency.
Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from customers; escalate issue when outside authority
Customer requests Process requests from existing and new customers and provide them with excellent service
Customer administration Send, receive and file confirmations and ensure transfers are properly processed
Customer records Create, update and maintain relevant customer records ensuring that data is recorded appropriately
Corporate governance Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in customer services

Risk/loss is minimized

Key Accountabilities
Branch management Propose plans and activities for the branch which align with BND’s overall objectives
Sales Manage branch sales activities and deliver branch sales in line with budget
Customer service Deliver excellent customer service, manage customer service initiatives service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Branch operations Manage branch operations to ensure all operations and processing are in line with timeframes and procedures, specifically monitor dormant, minors and deceased accounts as well as high risk clients
Main Vault audits: random monthly vault audit to ensure compliance and accuracy
Premises Manage premises issues and ensure refurbishment, security and maintenance issues are addressed
Quality of service and effective communication Deliver timely services and effective communication with clients all the time
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience

At least 10 years’ banking sector experience
