About the job
Job brief
We are looking for a “Talent Acquisition Partner” who will lead the full end to end recruitment process for all our regions, manage Employee Onboarding & Off- Boarding activities, as well as working on transformational Talent Acquisition Projects.
Responsibilities
Manage the corporate hiring plan execution; from talent sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting to offering and onboarding.
Align with the Market People & Culture Leads on the hiring Plan, Process & timelines.
Design & Implement TA policies, processes and standardization of TA templates.
Manage the Onboarding & Offboarding Process of New hires & resigned employees.
Work on Talent Acquisition projects as well Employer Branding & University Relation activities.
Manage the relationship with our service vendors to support with the corporate TA plans.
Requirements
Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition management roles, Fluent English is a must
Stakeholder Management
Ability to use data for reporting & analysis
Achievement oriented with high sense of Ownership
Eagerness to grow & learn with high sense of Commitment
Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas
