Job Description:
At Win-Win Recruitment, we specialize in connecting talented individuals with top-tier companies. We are currently seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (B1, B2+ levels) and a passion for helping customers. Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat in English.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
Assist customers with product and service information, order placements, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Follow communication guidelines and procedures to maintain company standards.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (B1, B2+ levels).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
