Job Description
As a Receptionist at Bydotpy, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our company. You will be the face of Bydotpy, welcoming visitors, managing communication channels, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors: Ensure a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to Bydotpy.
Answer and direct phone calls: Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate departments.
Manage CEO’s schedule: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s meeting times and schedule, ensuring efficient time utilization.
Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as maintaining records, organizing documents, and assisting with office tasks.
Maintain a professional appearance: Represent Bydotpy with a polished and professional demeanor.
Other duties as assigned: Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Well-presented and professional: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Customer service oriented: Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Organized and efficient: Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preference for candidates living near or in Maadi: To facilitate a convenient commute.
