About us
Rizkallah Art Foundation is a leading company in the field of children art education. Rizkallah employs a structured curriculum as well as original and creative learning methods where art is used as a learning tool to build children’s characters and develop their cognitive and fine motor skills. We apply the method of the award-winning artist Adli Rizkallah as well as more than 40 books published by him in France, Lebanon, Kuwait and Egypt. We offer Art Courses, Trips, Seasonal Camps as well as Events to chidren aging from 3 to 12 years old.
Throughout the last 5 years we received more than 4000 children in Heliopolis, New Cairo, Dokki, Zamalek, Maadi and Sheikh Zayed and partnered with prominent local and international entities in major events, camps and courses among which are SODIC, BONYAN (Designopolis), Katameya Heights Compound, Diwan Bookstores, Ecole Voltaire, Ecole Oasis, The British International School Cairo (BISC), NCBIS, Downtown Katameya, Samia Allouba and My Gym Egypt.
Job Description
- Answer the inquiries of Rizkallah’s partners & clients through phone, emails and social media pages.
- Administer Rizkallah’s social media pages, emails & whatsApp.
- Ensure that clients inquiries are answered as well as recommendations and complaints are received.
General Requirements: - Only Applicants with at least 1-year previous relevant experience in customer service will be considered.
- Good communication skills.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Very good in Microsoft Office.
- Very good knowledge of social media.
Working Conditions: - Location: New Cairo – 1st Settlement.
- Working hours: 10:30 am to 07:00 pm.
- Days off: 2 days.
