Customer service agent for Smart Line

Job Description
Answer questions about products or the company.
Handle customers’ inbound and outbound calls and inquiries (Arabic)
Follow up on customers’ complaints and issues when required.
Follow up by email and respond to inquiries.
Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
working 6 days off day Friday

Job Requirements
Level of education: Graduates.
Work experience as a Customer Service logistics or similar role.
Good English skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Experience in customer service positions is a plus.
Team player.
