Job Description
Handling customers by chatting and Emails
Problem solving.
Build a good Rapport with Clients
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
Manage customers’ accounts.
Follow up on customer interaction.

Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills
FLUENCY in English is a MUST
EXCELLENT MS office skills
GRADUATES only can apply
Excellent and fast typing skills
Work location one katameya
Transportation provided to Zahra and Stadium metro station
Rotational shift ( max shift for females 10 pm)
