Assistant To Managing Director for El Reefy Trading

Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide both Admin & personal assistance for the Managing Director. Should be well-organized, active, and with excellent communications & people skills.

Main Functions
Act as the liaison between CEO, employees, and other external partners.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage CEO’s calendars.
Setup, organize, attend, and take minutes during meetings CEO’s meetings, inside and outside the company
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Willing to accompany CEO and travel abroad (twice a years on average).
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed

Job Requirements
Fluent spoken English is a must
Competent in MS Office and business writing
Experience in similar role is preferable
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication & People skills.
Proactive & Details-Oriented.
Can handle sensitive information discreetly.
Max age 30.
