Customer Support Representative for BDO Esnad
Job Description
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the call center is a MUST (preferred Medical field).
- Fluent English speaker is a MUST. – Graduates only are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age is 35 years.
- Foreigners who hold residency and have work permit are welcome to apply
. Work Condition: - 9 Working hours (including 1-hour break), Rotational shifts from 3:00 pm till 2:00 am
- Rotational days off
- Work Location: Maadi technology Park.
