Job Description
Mico Livestreaming is currently hiring a back office VIP customer service representative responsible for VIP customers as their account manager
Responsibilities
Responsible of VIP customers account and handle all things regarding their account
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Internal communication with related departments to solve user’s issues
Achieving agreed targets within the agreed deadlines

Job Requirements
At least 1 – 3 years’ of customer service\sales experience
Ability to multi-task, organize work accordingly
Fluency in English is a MUST
