Key Accountabilities
Building out social media plan that suits overarching company goals and monthly campaigns.
Understand the targeted audience for each social channel- competitors analysis.
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting it.
Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.
Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to create integrated campaigns.
Create daily ads reports.
Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.

Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
1-2 years of experience same role
Healthcare related experience is a significant plus.
V.Good English level
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance in the medical field is a plus.
