-Salary: 7k net + 2k KPIs upon meeting targets.
-Graduates, Gap year students and Dropouts only are most welcome to apply.
-Fixed shift from (((from 4pm to 1am or 6pm to 3am or 7PM till 4 AM or 8pm to 5am ))) (depending on the campaign that you will get accepted in) “Overnight shift” (9 working hours including 1 hr break)
-Fixed Days Off: Saturday & Sunday.
- You must have a functioning laptop (Minimum Core i5 / 8GBs rams)
- High internet speed with Cable only (20 mgbs download & 2 mgbs upload).
- USB headset must be provided.
-Internal Promotions as we’re massively expanding.
-Social and medical insurance after passing the probation period.
-Weekly, Monthly Bonuses and Recognitions based on your performance.

This is the job offer
You will be cold calling home owners in USA asking them if they’re willing to install solar panel to their houses or not. or calling homeowners to ask them to sell their houses (depending on the campaign that you will get accepted in)
Just like fulfilling surveys but in form of converting leads.
You will be working with a script and you will be trained on it.
