Work location: Maadi – Nasr City – October – Settlements

Requirements:
-Graduated and fresh graduates are more than
-Giza and Cairo residents
-English level: Very Good (B1)
-Flexibility with working in rotational shifts
-5 working days and 2 days off
-8 working hours including 1 hour break
-Done military service and graduated
-Professional way of talking

Responsibilities:
One of the most important responsibilities of working in one of the largest banks is to speak in a professional manner with customers.
-Ability to solve problems
-Ability to help customers
-Handle customers in professional ways and help them solve their problems.
-Helping customers solve credit card problems
