About the job
Customer Support ( Email & Chat )
We are looking for active, smart ,and dynamic Customer support Agents for one of our accounts
- Must be professional in using Excel, PowerPoints, and English Technical Writing.
- Understanding customer needs and feedback.
- Answering customers inquiries / special requests
- Replying customer’s messages WhatsApp or Facebook
- Follow up tasks with the manage
Qualifications
Excellent in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent written communication skills to effectively communicate via email correspondences
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in customer service
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The training will be from office & 80% from the working days will be from home with rotational shifts
Company Location : New Cairo
Salary : 5400 and will increase after the probation period
