Job Description
Full-time, on-site position in Qesm El Maadi.

  • Provide administrative support and assist with office operations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination.
  • Maintain files, order office supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs/Sheets).

Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.
  • 2 days off per week.
  • 9-hour workdays, including a 1-hour break.
