Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 5th settlement

Description:
Courteously answers incoming calls following a written script and properly directs call to staff or branches (CARINA, Clue, CARINA Outlet) through the switchboard or provide information.
Observes signal lights on switchboards, and dials or presses buttons to make connections.
Operates communications equipment or systems.
Services out-going calls and supplies proper connections.
Takes down and relay messages and follows telephone etiquette.
Collects and verifies customer directory information, to include telephone numbers, addresses, etc.; performs data entry into a computerized database for inclusion in the system directory.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
B.A or B.SC. in any discipline.
Gender: Females ONLY
Experience: 0- 1 Years.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
