1 – System Senior Analyst

Job Details

To contribute the development of new online, mCommerce and mobile payment technologies and to work with marketing, operation and support teams to enhance the consumer experience, solution security and to empower Etisalat with the up-to-date payment technologies and functionality.

Job Responsibilities
Characterize issues reported, and providing timely solutions
Provide second line support to business users
Resourceful and able to start on project work with ambiguous and incomplete information.
Develop payment product and services requested by business.
Introduce new technologies, products and ideas to the market and link it to Etisalat goals and strategies
Create regular reports for service growth and service performance
Develop new solutions, support the testing and UAT activities and lead the deployment activities
Enhance the service integration interfaces and solution security

Qualifications Essential
Excellent Computer skills.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
University Degree in the area of Information Technology or Telecommunication
from 5 to 8 years of experience in software development .
High programming and analytical skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong understanding of technology, particularly as related to mobile telecommunications networks, financial networks and financial services, and hardware.
PCI-DSS and security standards awareness.
Secure coding and secure development process awareness.

2 – Fixed Assets Accountant

Job Purpose:

To maintain company financial records in accordance with company policies and international accounting standards through implementing effective control systems and procedures to ensure that all the assets of the company are secured and not subject to any type of risk.

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct the tender evaluation, review new Letter of Intents (LOIs), LOAs and company contracts and track the purchase orders (POs).
Track all shipments starting from receiving goods for customs clearance till receiving commercial invoice and goods to Warehouse (MWH) through reviewing documents before and after customs clearance.
Match all shipments in Egyptian customs with the Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
Register all the goods in customs on Financial Accounting (FA) register related to goods in customs tracking.
Prepare the monthly required accrual entries on GL module to track all entries.
Reverse the accrual entries on GL Module with invoices received and recorded on Accounts Payables (AP) module.
Update FA register with full data related to the new LOIs, LOAs, contracts and POs .
Allocate the account number for other divisions before preparing the entries on Oracle model.
Track the core network and company sites and prepare monthly detailed backup related to technical accounts.
Handle all requirements received from other departments related to the technical department.

Qualifications:
Essential
University Degree in Accounting
Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS Excel is required.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
Desirable
Previous experience in a Telecommunications company.

4 – Directory Assistant Advisor

Main Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller and follow-up on customer inquiries and complaints that is not fulfilled or resolved on queue.
Attend promotions, products, & services UAT’s before commercial launch and send required amendments to direct manager in order to guarantee smooth launch and operation.
Proceed with certain exceptions according to the documented processes & procedures to reach the highest customer satisfaction and FCR target.
Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to internal and external customers.
Maintain the agreed on average handling time as defined by Contact center Management guidelines which will ensure ease of accessibility and maintain the agreed on SL.
Use questioning, trouble shooting and listening skills that support effective telephone communication and help in solving the customer’s problems & complaints to ensure achieving the FCR target.
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company and offer cross selling and/or up selling the company’s solutions, products, & services whenever possible which will guarantee the business continuity and contribute in achieving profit share and raise up the ARPU.
Update the existing database with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer whenever required and complete call logs and reports so that we have a valid reference and database for our customers to ensure proper planning & to guarantee taking the right decisions.
Notify the appropriate concerned person when issues or problems arise in order to take proper actions on the spot.
Maintain the required knowledge level of the company’s products, services, & solutions and stick to the agreed on formal information sources to ensure delivering full and accurate information to the customer.
Follows the agreed on guidelines, policies, processes, & procedures to ensure maintaining the customer’s data confidentiality.
Performs the necessary & right action on systems and tools in order to fulfill the customer request properly and maintain the company’s financial position.
Recognizes, documents and alerts the supervisor with trends of customer calls (inquires/complaints/requests) and recommend process improvements which facilitate the CC workflow, reduce cost, and delight the customers
Essential Qualifications and Experience

University Degree is a must.
Minimum 2 years’ experience preferable in a telecommunication sector.
Area of experience: Contact center.
Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral) & very good computer skills.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills.
Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
