Service Desk Representative for Al-Mansour Automotive
Job Responsibilities
Create, change and delete user records on GM Global Connect
Maintain Electronic Parts Catalogue EPC as and when requested by the concerned user
Monitor Routers and ADSL modems and report deficiencies Monitor the performance of UPS and report deficiencies.
Monitor the Daily Backup of the File Server, change the tapes and report deficiencies.
Participate in the preparation of material for computer orientation and training of new company staff.
Receive and handle user requests and complaints like, requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically, Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues …etc.
Minimum Experience
1-2 years experience in the same field
MS Windows 10.
MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer (IE)
Communication protocoles : TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, ADSL, VPN, etc.
Troubleshooting HW & SW problems.
Working knowledge of business English in word and writing.
