Main Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations excellence in coordination with backoffice team
Manage all partners / service providers relations in terms of operations; such as (Pools funding, New services onboarding end to end, commissions & financial reconciliations)
Ensure applying an ongoing processes enhancements creating operational efficiencies and best customer experience
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data & build business reports & PMOs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of customer journeys, customer experience and retention
University Graduate,specialization in business or computer science is an added advantage.
Experience in Fintech/E-commerce environment is a plus.
Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders.
Strong communication, interpersonal & management skills.
Strong data analysis, strategic and analytical skills, high detail orientation.
