Responsibilities
Contacting customers via chat
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Internal communication with related departments to solve user’s issues
Achieving agreed targets within the agreed deadlines

Qualifications
At least 1 – 3 years’ of customer service\sales experience
Ability to multi-task, organize work accordingly
Professional command in English for both writing and speaking

Salary : 8k-10k
